TJ has an MBA from the University of Dallas. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and has been real estate licensed since 1996. His commercial real estate experience includes various management positions with private equity firms, CMBS loan servicers, and a Fortune 50 company. TJ has about 20 years’ of commercial real estate, asset management, and due diligence experience. He has worked on CRE credit transactions valued at over $5 billion. He has experience in sourcing debt / equity capital, financial modeling, and underwriting commercial properties. TJ founded Legacy Commercial Group in 2018.

Wayne Murphy is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker who began his commercial real estate career in 2007. He joined 35-year Dallas/Fort Worth real estate veteran Jan Rhea. Wayne worked closely with Jan specializing in commercial Tenant and Buyer representation until taking over management of the brokerage as its President in 2013. Wayne has successfully transacted in excess of 1 million square feet of improved commercial real estate. Representing local, national, and international buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords, Wayne has completed transactions within multiple asset classes, including medical/professional offices, industrial manufacturing/distribution, restaurant, general retail, land, ground-up development projects, and investment properties. Wayne joined Legacy Commercial Group as the Director of Operations in January of 2022.
